Cash withdrawal in Ukraine:

• Withdrawal is carried out through the cash desk.

Cash withdrawal outside Ukraine:

• Cash is withdrawn through the cash desk or by courier (check the available options for your city in the chat). 

• The courier agrees on the place and time of the meeting, but you can also suggest a convenient time for you. 

• Delivery to the client's address is possible, check the commission in the support chat.

Minimum exchange amount and commission:

• Minimum exchange amount: equivalent to 10,000 dollars. In some cities, the minimum amount may differ (check in the chat). 

• Additional commission: charged when exchanging an amount below the minimum.

Withdrawal options in Ukraine:

• For amounts from 3,000 to 10,000 dollars (or equivalent in another currency), a commission is charged:

• 10 dollars, 10 euros or 400 hryvnia.

• For amounts less than 3000 dollars (or their equivalent), the commission is:

• 20 dollars, 20 euros or 800 hryvnia.

Issuance periods:

• After payment, the application is transferred to a specialist to clarify the details. 

• In most cases, funds are issued within 24 hours (if the application status is “paid”). 

• The maximum issuance period in some cases can be up to 72 hours.

Issuance of blue USD in Ukraine:

There is an additional commission for issuing blue USD:

• 0.5% - in Kyiv.

• 0.7% - in Kharkiv, Lviv, Odessa, Dnipro. 

• Up to 1% in other cities.

Before the transaction, check the possibility of issuance and the exact amount of the commission with the operator in the chat.

Attention:

Do not try to independently search for contacts on the Internet or Telegram to avoid the risk of communicating with scammers.

ℹ️ Basically, issuance occurs on the same day, in some cases issuance is possible up to 72 hours.
