Replacement / change of details on application

Dear users!

When creating applications, you must specify your current email address. To replace or change the details specified in the application, you need to perform a number of actions:

 ➡️ send a letter to the official email [email protected] from the email specified in the application, in the subject of the letter indicate the application number (example ID: 49485). In the text of the letter, write the details that will be used to make the payment and inform the support chat operator. 

➡️ if the email specified in the application is not valid, you will need to undergo additional verification. 

ℹ️ If the details are replaced with new ones, the previous regulations for completing the application are no longer valid, and the countdown of the application execution time begins anew, according to the regulations established in the exchange direction.
