Issuance of blue USD in Ukraine:There is an additional commission for issuing blue USD:• 0.5% - in Kyiv.• 0.7% - in Kharkiv, Lviv, Odessa, Dnipro. • Up to 1% in other cities.Before the transaction, check the possibility of issuance and the exact amount of the commission with the operator in the chat.
